Legends is proud to exclusively use cage-free fresh eggs. Having overcome supply chain shortages from previous years, we have secured key partners to ensure shortages will not impact our complete commitment to culinary products made with cage-free eggs.

Legends recognizes that plant based alternatives to traditional meat demands continue to increase. Additional to health and taste benefits, there’s key environmental benefits. Reduction of land use, greenhouse gas emissions, water, and water sources are sustainable benefits. Legends has committed to increased offerings to ensure there’s adequate availability on menus to meet the demands of this growing category.

Legends has commitment to waste reduction. Among focus routes, reduction of single use plastics, higher percentage utilization of bulk condiments versus individual packaged, full elimination of foam containers, and increased promotion of recycling/compostable containers are active commitments. Routes to reduce, reuse, and recycle will continue as highlighted focus.

Legends supports local partnerships. Buying local products assists economy growth, awareness of available purveyors and manufacturers, and route to reduce carbon footprint by reducing excess transportation.
