Phil Lindsey, Senior Project Manager, has 35 years of experience in producing, designing, building, managing and operating attractions, theme parks, museums, and science centers across the United States. Throughout his career, Phil has been involved in all aspects of the attractions business: concept design, architectural vision, project management, technical direction, media production, operations, and stakeholder engagement.

Having led teams that helped generate exceptional guest engagement and increased revenues, Phil works collaboratively with all team members to ensure project performance and outcomes are optimized to create not only a compelling experience for the audience, but also meet and exceed the financial goals of the project. Phil understands that success for an attraction means that not only does the experience itself need to be exceptional and engaging, but also profitable.

In his time with Legends, Phil was instrumental in the design and building of Sky View Observatory in Seattle, WA. He is also deeply involved in the upcoming rollout of the Illuminarium Experience Attractions – a new attraction concept rolling out worldwide over the next few years. He is also leading the charge on a new immersive attraction for the One World Observatory, as well as a brand-new Legends attraction in a city to-be-named opening in 2023.

Phil is also an award-winning film director of Planet You which won a Seahorse Award (Best Multi-Media Short Film) from the Moondance International Film Festival and was awarded winner of the Best Independent Short Film at the Kid’s First! Film Fest. He carries an MBA from Rice University, an Attractions Executive Certification and is also a past board member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).
