Scott Aronsky, Chief Financial Officer, joined Legends in 2015 and is currently responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the company, its corporate development strategy, capital structure optimization and acting as an operational partner to the CEO and executive leadership team to deliver on its growth objectives. His role also includes underwriting organic business development opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, maintaining banking relationships, investor relations, long-term strategic planning, FP&A and operational finance across all lines of business.

At Legends, Scott has been vital in building out the internal finance team for regional, national and global support across the company’s multiple verticals. Scott navigated the company through the partnership with New Mountain Capital in 2017, who provided a strategic investment in Legends to help drive future company growth. He continues to partner with the executive team to diversify Legends’ portfolio in each of the six divisions – Global Sales, Global Planning, Hospitality, Global Merchandise, Global Partnerships and Global Tech Solutions.

Prior to Legends, Scott spent over five years at Barclays Investment Bank in New York, holding the title of Assistant Vice President of Business Profitability and Analysis. At Barclays, Scott worked with senior management in Global Equities and Credit Products to reduce portfolio risk, maximize revenues, control expenses, and comply with banking regulations. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Accounting Associate in their Banking and Capital Markets tax practice.

Scott is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, MA. and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. Scott is a New Jersey native and currently resides in New York with his wife Alina and cockapoo Missy.
