Brett I. Parker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business operations. He is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the combined Legends and ASM Global business. Brett oversees all financial operations and planning for the company while playing a vital role in developing and driving company strategy to ensure long-term success.

Brett joined Legends in March 2025 after over two decades as an executive leader at Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp. There, he transformed the business from a single entertainment center into a public company with hundreds of locations across North America. Brett held several senior roles, including Executive Vice Chairman, President, and CFO at Lucky Strike Entertainment, helping it become one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment companies. Parker guided the company through significant acquisitions, such as AMF, Brunswick Bowling, Bowl America, and Lucky Strike Entertainment, and oversaw major financial transactions, including the sale of Bowlero in 2017 and its public offering in 2021. He served as CFO from 2002 to 2023 and added the role of President from 2020 to 2023 before transitioning to Executive Vice Chairman of the Board.

A graduate of Cornell University’s Dyson School of Management, Brett also served as Chairman of the Professional Bowlers Association and was a board member of Qubica AMF. He further honed his skills through executive education at Harvard Business School, Wharton, and Darden. With a deep background in financial planning, operational management, and data-driven decision-making, Brett continues to drive exceptional performance.

Brett lives in Westport, Connecticut with his wife, two children, and two dogs. He’s an avid outdoorsman and traveler who feels equally at home canoeing through the jungles of Costa Rica or driving his prized overland trucks across 1,000 miles of wilderness.
