NOTRE DAME CAMPUS CROSSROADS PROJECT AT NOTRE DAME
VISION:
Decades of campus expansion resulted in the iconic Notre Dame Stadium becoming one of the most centrally located facilities on campus. The Campus Crossroads Project, the largest building initiative in the history of the University of Notre Dame, focus was to make the Stadium a year-round hub for academic and student life. Approximately 800,000 square feet of classroom, research, student life, media, performance, meeting, event and premium seating hospitality space was added via three buildings adjacent and attached to the west, east and south sides of Notre Dame Stadium.
PROJECT DETAILS:
Legends partnered with the University of Notre Dame on $425M renovation of Notre Dame Stadium to develop Capital Gift and Annual Donation pricing model, packaging and marketing strategy and execute sales campaign for new premium seating inventory
RESULTS:
- Identified incremental Capital Gift Revenue through pricing and packaging adjustments
- Sold-through 100% of Premium Seating, representing one of the highest Capital Gift amounts in collegiate athletics
- Conducted market research study to assist Notre Dame with repricing the non-premium
- Developed and executed campaign to secure commitments on Membership Club to maximize game day revenues
- Established Corporate Hospitality platform that allowed Athletics to cultivate relationships with executives of top corporations across the country
