World Headquarters – Legends provided project management services during the construction of The Star at Frisco, a $300 million mixed-use development that includes the Dallas Cowboys team operations, administrative offices, practice facility and 12,000 seat stadium from June 2013 to July 2016. Legends represented the best interest of the Dallas Cowboys by monitoring the design development process, overall construction budget, bidding process, overseeing construction related activities, overseeing project close out and other activities.
