Los Angeles Football Club Stadium Case Study
Legends Global Planning took on a project development role for the newest stadium in Major League Soccer – Los Angeles Football Club’s home field. The 22,000-seat, natural grass facility is the largest in the MLS, featuring premium seating areas in a league-high 14 percent stadium, made up of 35 suites, 1,700 club seats, 100 loge box seats and three clubs serving all premium spaces. Attached to Los Angeles Football Club Stadium is a 37,000-square-foot ancillary building with three occupiable floors, which will feature a team store and a two-story restaurant. Additionally, there is an open-air rooftop space with the capacity to host 1,000-person events.
Both buildings are housed on a 15-acre lot with private VIP parking for up to 250 cars, which will be available for general public on non-event days to facilitate restaurant and team store parking.
