ERIC Heacock brings over 28 years of sports & entertainment venue development, engineering and project management experience including nearly a decade of experience at the National Basketball Association (NBA) where he was responsible for overseeing the design and construction of the League’s arenas and branded attractions around the world.  He has led many projects from business formation through to operations.  He brings a diverse background in engineering, finance, design & construction as well as a deep history on the owner’s side and over eight years of experience implementing projects internationally.

In Eric’s leadership role he builds out the project team, provides guidance for selection and contracting of the consultant and contractor teams, establishes the overall budget and project costs, performs value engineering analysis and reports to key stakeholders.  Eric will also ensure connectivity with the rest of Legends’ 360° services platform.

While at the NBA, Eric provided guidance to developers and operators around the world on various arena and mixed-use developments.  He also led efforts to define processes and establish branding and design standards for the global rollout of several properties. 

Eric graduated with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder and has a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.
