Los Angeles Stadium and Entertainment District At Hollywood Park
Legends is currently in the process of providing project management services for the Los Angeles Rams during the construction of the 70,240-seat stadium and 6,000 seat performing arts venue in Inglewood. The stadium, which is scheduled to host Super Bowl LVI in 2022 and Opening Ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics, will serve as the focal point of an approximate 300-acre entertainment district that will consist of a performance venue, hotel, a multitude of retail and office space, residential areas and green space. As Project Manager, Legends represents the best interest of the Los Angeles Rams and Kroenke Sports & Entertainment by monitoring the design development process, overall construction budget, bidding process, overseeing construction related activities, overseeing project close-out and other activities. In addition, Legends is working with other project consultants and stakeholders in order to ensure that the design provides the optimal game day experience for fans and maximizes revenue and the return on investment for ownership.
